ENGR. ONUOHA I. NNACHI – MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO
Engr. Onuoha I. Nnachi is the Managing Director/CEO with the responsibility of overseeing every phase of running the business concerns of the Group. He is an administrator, a consultant, technologist, Information Management Specialist with strong background in democratic and corporate governance.
His professional experience in the United States started as Senior System Network Engineer with Infortel Network Inc. New York, then rose to Snr. Information Security Consultant/COO of Relational Security Corps, New Jersey. He also served as Director Business Development on Emerging Technology with D.E. Shaw Inc, New York, In 2007, he was the Project Manager/CTO of Rainbow Broadband Inc, New York, and also served as project management consultant amongst others across several sectors of the US economy, holding top management positions for more than 10years.
However, in Nigeria he has served the Federal Government in various advisory capacity which include but not limited to; Technical Adviser to the Honourable Minister of Information and Communication in 2007 leading to total reform of the telecommunication and Information Technology sector of Nigeria economy and Transaction Advisor to the Bureau of Public Enterprise leading to successful privatization of various government assets in 2009. He also served in several Presidential Advisory Committees (PAC) of the Federal Government of Nigeria in various capacities, before returning back to private sector in late 2009.
Outside of the telecoms sector Onuoha has successfully Project Managed the Silverbird Real Estate Development in Abuja, the Yellowstone Thermal Power Project at Lokoja including the permitting and licence process. He is leading many world class companies both in Nigeria and United States of America. He is presently the Group Managing Director of TTL Group, a group of companies made up of TTL Telecoms Limited, TTL Engineering Limited, TTL Infrastructure Limited, TES Power Limited and InterAccess Energy Services Limited. He has also served as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of both TTL Telecommunications Limited (Nigeria) and Voix Networks (Nigeria) Limited, two private telecommunications companies that serves almost all the major operators within Nigeria as PTOâ€™s and providing Value-Added-Services (VAS).
Indeed, as an ICT specialist of various facets, with double bachelor degree in Computer Science and Information Systems, and a Master degree in Telecommunications Management from City University of New York (CUNY) and Pace University, New York.
Onuoha consistently delivers mission-critical projects at close to zero error and has a successful track-record of managing high-profile telecommunications and Infrastructural projects above $25 billion and maintaining full fiscal accountability and budget control.
SIMON ANI – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, STRATEGY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Simon is the Executive Director, Strategy & Business Development of the Group. He has over 20 yearsâ€™ experience in senior management in the construction industry having risen to the position of Managing Director of Metro-Lion Nigeria Ltd a leading civil works and Mechanical & Electrical Installations contractor.
Simon started his career with Metro-Lion in 1988 as the Project Manager for the EPC – design, procurement, construction and installation of a 25,000 tons grains silos complex in Minna, Niger State.
Simon in 2001 develop Power Projects & Equipment Ltd â€“ PPE of United Kingdom, which provides services globally to the power transmission and distribution sectors and today lists an experience record covering UK, Italy, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Niger, Nigeria & Ghana.
Amongst other activities PPE provides an advisory and support service to several world leading manufacturing and trading organisations including PB Power, Hawker Siddeley Group of UK, S & C Electrical of the USA, Cobra Group of Spain & Fedders Lloyd of India in the West African markets. PPE under Simonâ€™s leadership was engaged as Advisory Consultant by Inter Access Energy Services Group and the TES Consortium in their bids to acquire PHCN Distribution and Generation Companies. Simon is responsible for bid preparation, coordination of the Advisory Teams and professional services, etc.
Simon holds a BA in finance and business studies from Falmer University in Sussex, UK, and lives in London with his wife and two children.
UCHENNAYA O. IBOM – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, TECHNICAL SERVICES
Uchennaya is the Executive Director, Technical Services of the Group. He has strong technical and business experience with an impressive track record of more than 11 years of hands-on experience in various fields of business concerns. Uchenna drew his experiences from various continents: He rose from a Telecommunication Engineer in 2001 with TELNET Nigeria Limited, Lagos to IT Director in 2008 and later as Services Director all in BICF LTD, Beijing, China. He has also served as Programming Director in The Inter-National Travel Connection LTD, Colorado, USA,. Presently, he is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) in TTL Telecommunications, Abuja, Nigeria.
He obtained a first class bachelorâ€™s degree in Computer and Electronic Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri And also holds M.Sc. and PhD in Communication and Information Technology from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunication, Beijing – China.
He is a member of the: Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (USA), The Institute of Engineering and Technology (UK) and IEEE communications society (USA). He has made several publications in China, India, Greece and Korea. He has vast application skills in: Matlab, Cold Fusion, PHP, ASP, C and C++, CSS, HTML, Java Script, MS-SQL, TCP/IP, VPN, Network Security, WIFI and WIMAX, Windows Servers 8, WCDMA, CDMA200, TD- SCDMA, MC-CDMA, MIMO, OFDM, Switches and Routers and IIS.
AZUBUIKE O. CHIMA – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION
Azubuike serves as the Executive Director, Operations and Administration of the Group. He is a well trained administrator, manager, consultant, program and policy analyst and diplomat with broad industry experience in private and public sector of the economy. He has many years of professional experience in administration, public relations, monitoring and evaluation, management and human resources. Started off his career in 2001 as the Personal Assistant in the Office of the Special Adviser to the Executive Governor of Ebonyi state on Political Matters, where he later functioned as an Administrative Officer. He also served as a Senior Legislative Aide in the Office of the Chairman, House Committee on Cooperation & Integration in Africa, National Assembly Complex, Abuja.
Azubuike worked briefly in 2007 as an Executive Assistant in Voix Networks (Nigeria) Limited, a private Telecommunications company that serves major operators within Nigeria as PTOâ€™s and providing Value-Added-Services (VAS). That same year, he became a Business Development Manager with TTL Telecommunications Limited and later in 2009 â€“ 2010 he served as Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant to DOVENET on the DRGs/MDGâ€™s Debt Relief Gains projects and programmes and the conditional Grants Scheme (CGS) in FCT. Currently, he is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of TTL-Group, a multi-faceted world class companies operating in various areas of business concerns across Sub-Saharan African.
Holds Bachelors of Arts degree in History/International Relations from Abia State University, M.Sc. in International Relations from University of Abuja and has attended many top senior management courses and training.
NNANNA IKWUO, CFE, ACA, MBA – HEAD, FINANCIAL SERVICES
Nnanna is the Group Head, in charge of financial services and Internal Control System of the Group. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE). He is also a 1998 graduate of Accountancy of Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, Imo State and holds an MBA in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Science and Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State.
Nnanna started his accounting professional career with Akintola Williams Deloitte in April 2000 where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 2004. While in Deloitte he rose through the ranks to Audit Senior and was responsible for many audit engagements cutting across manufacturing, banking, construction and the public sectors of the economy.
He moved to Population Council, an international non-governmental, non-profit organization, with headquarters in New York as the Financial and Administration Manager and later to Malaria Consortium another International NGO with headquarters in the UK as the Deputy Accounting, Reporting, Management and administration of International Donor-funds which gave the two organisations high reputation in both USAID and DFID Agencies.
Nnanna has also worked as the Head, Internal Audit for Protea Hotel Asokoro where he worked with the Accounts and Management teams to set-up the best accounting and internal control systems for the hotel that is practicable, user-friendly and guarantees haven to the owners/investors.
He has attended several professional courses, conferences, seminars and workshops on audit, money laundering, public finance, fraud examination and taxation.
ENGR. AFOLABI K. SAMUEL – HEAD, TECHNICAL SERVICES
Samuel is the Head, Technical Services in charge of engineering, construction and project management works of the Group. Samuel graduated in July 1967 from London South Bank University (the Borough Polytechnic) with a BSc. Electrical Engineering of the Council for National academic Award, Britain.
He has over thirty three years of experience in Power System Planning, Installation, Operation and Maintenance. He started his career in 1972 as PC & M Engineer of NEPA and rose from Director (Protection, Control, Communication and Metering, NEPA Corporate Hqtrs, General Manager (Transmission), Enugu Region, General Manager (Transmission Services NEPA Corporate Headquarters to Executive Director (Transmission) NEPA now Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN). He has also served as Consultant to Novel Tech International (World Bank Contractor), Individual Consultancy Services to PHCN â€“ PMU and later in 2007 as Deputy Project Manager of TTL Engineering Limited.
He has B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from University of South Bank, Borough Road, London- England. Afolabi has membership in professional societies such as MIEE, Fellow, Nigerian Society of Engineers, COREN and has also attended many professional training programmes, seminars.
AREGBESOLA AKINTOMIWA – HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Tomwia is the Head, Business Development of the Group with professional experience across sectors that include Investment Banking, Hospitality, Insurance, Oil and Commercial Banking, during which he has participated and led teams in business development, project management, strategy development, strategy implementation and monitoring, corporate turnaround and restructuring.
He started his career in 2005 as an Account Manager with National Bank of Nigeria Limited; from the, he moved to Global Fleet Group as Business Development Officer. He later served as Special Assistant, Strategy and Operations of NICON Insurance Group. He was part of the team that worked on the acquisition of Le Meridien Hotel Abuja now NICON Luxury Hotel and was once again posted there to oversee the Administration and Operations Division as Manager.
Akintomiwa joined BGL Asset Management (Subsidiary of BGL Group), Nigeriaâ€™s largest independent Investment Banking Group, working in Institutional Advisory of the Asset Management Division as Associate in Strategy, Business Development & Relationship Management
He has B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, PG.D Management and MBA all from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, he is also an affiliate member of Insitute of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) and Associate, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)
ERLANDE PEPE – HEAD, CORPORATE SERVICES
Erlande Pepe is currently the Head, Corporate Services of the Group. Over the years, Erlande has acquired practical experience in corporate governance and the financial services sector where she was able to attain the following professional accomplishments out of others in management and Compliance, Financial Analysis, Reporting and Budgeting and Sales. She started her career as Head Teller with Chase Bank, NY, New York in 1996 and from there she has distinguished herself and has subsequently rose to the position of Head, Financial Associate and Assistant Operations Manager, Financial Center all in the same bank. In 2010, Erlande was appointed the Assistant Branch Manager, Financial Center of Citibank NY, New York, USA.
She has Bachelor of Technology in Computer Information Systems from New York City College of Technology, Brooklyn, New York. She also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kean University, Union, New Jersey, USA.
